I started out back in 2023 after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Real Estate Finance, and ever since then I have been offering professional Real Estate services at affordable rates.

I specialize in helping people who maybe have not built up enough equity to afford the national average of 6% for agent commissions and give them options that will still give them the best chance to sell their house, condo, townhome or acreage.

I also have a discounted rate (3%-3.5%) full service agreement for people who are too busy to sell their own property, but also want to keep as much money as possible in their pocket.
